Hardin Byars is the founder and CEO of The Leadership Transformation Studio (LTStudio), a firm that helps executives transform themselves and their organizations to maximize their team’s potential.  

Hardin has over four decades of business experience, having served in executive positions in commercial real estate & construction, financial services, and technology services. Prior to founding LTStudio, he was CEO of Intellinet Inc., a nationally managed Microsoft services partner with multiple offices across the Sunbelt. 

He is a strong believer in the power of peer groups and has served as an Evolve facilitator both in the US and in the EMEA region.
